Screen Printing

Screen printing converts high resolution artwork to individual files for each colour also known as separation. That separation image is burned onto a film which is loaded onto a press. Ink is pumped into the mesh openings to create a beautiful finished product.

Digital heat transfer does not require inks or screens and instead using a multi colour printer print your logo on a vinyl media. These are laminated and applied to the fabric using specific time, temperature and heat settings on a controlled machine.
