Embroidery creates high density decorative stitching using artwork converted into a digital DTS file through a manual process that will take your artwork and convert it into a unique pattern of stitches. This pattern is then run through high-speed, computerized multi-head machines for a consistent, sophisticated look.

Screen printing converts high resolution artwork to individual files for each colour also known as separation. That separation image is burned onto a film which is loaded onto a press. Ink is pumped into the mesh openings to create a beautiful finished product.

Embossing & Debossing involves the creation of a dye from your logo which is impressed or depressed onto the garment or product using pressure control and high heat. The material takes the form of the dye, creating a permanent, premium tone on tone logo. The resulting logo looks and feels 3D.

Chenille is a woven fabric that purposefully piles the threads creating a soft, fuzzy textured finish.
